Elementary Teacher Position

In our after school Friends Club program, you will teach elementary-aged students to communicate with English in a fun, high-energy classroom that includes a daily recess. Friends Club is also filled with special programs like summer camps, field trips, Bible talks, game days, and event parties which offer additional English exposure that accompany the English classes. All applicants must have a college degree to obtain a work visa. Each teacher is properly trained with ongoing coaching, and we provide a dedicated support system for our teachers to help them with living in Japan.

1st Year Base Pay ¥250,000/month
Year-End Bonus ¥150,000
Resigning Bonus ¥100,000

Premier School Elementary students come to class every afternoon and Saturday to continue their English education towards fluency. This time commitment from the students allows them to communicate in English as an additional language to each other and the teacher. As their teacher, you will further their English education of the Premier School Kindergarten through daily practice in the classroom and through conversation during recess on the playground. The students will also enjoy a wide variety of programs that support their learning and provide a fun, engaging time in English. We are looking for teachers with an education degree and/or experience teaching in the classroom. We provide teacher training and coaching and a dedicated support system to help you with living in Japan.

Kindergarten Teacher Position

Our Premier School Kindergarten teaches young four- and five-yearold students to speak English as an additional language. Most students enter our Premier Kindergarten with little to no English experience. This program aligns with the requirements of the Japanese government for kindergartens, so an education degree is required. We are looking for loving, patient, energetic teachers that can train young children in school behavior and tasks as well as teach an exciting English class. We will provide training and coaching as well as a dedicated support system to help you with living in Japan.
